Some items can’t be returned once opened or used.

It is important that you check the item description before you order or open the item and remove the original wrapping/seal.

We're unable to accept returns for:

• Items such as ink, paper or pens cannot be returned once opened.
• Games, digital downloads and subscriptions cannot be returned/refunded once activated.
• Digital storage devices once opened
• For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the seals have been removed such as headphones.
